THE GWW – A POWERFUL ASSOCIATION

Effective 1 January 2015, the GWW – the German acronym for Gesamtverband der Werbeartikel-Wirtschaft e. V. – became the umbrella association of the German promotional products industry when the formerly separate associations for promotional products suppliers, distributors and consultants as well as the Arbeitskreis Werbemittel (the promotional products working group) were absorbed into the newly combined association. The new GWW unites more than 5,000 companies with a total of over 50,000 employees. The organisation represents the professional interests of its members and the promotional products industry on the national and international level. Today it’s considered the promotional products industry’s most important lobbying group in Germany.
