No no-name. Major brands have discovered the promotional products market a long time ago and are investing in B2B business. So is Ritter Sport. The chocolate giant will be exhibiting at PSI for the first time in 2020. You can read in an interview with Sabine Kaspar, Managing Director B2B at Ritter Sport, what potential the company sees in the promotional products market.

With the Ritter Sport brand you will be represented as an exhibitor at the PSI trade show for the first time in 2020. What is your goal for the show and what is the significance of PSI for Ritter Sport?

As the leading trade show for promotional products, PSI in Düsseldorf is an important platform for getting an overview of the latest trends and innovations in the promotional products sector. It is also a good opportunity to meet with business partners and potential customers. In particular, we will present our new area with customisable products for corporate customers in January 2020.

Ritter Sport is one of the best-known brands in the chocolate product segment in Germany and internationally. What potential do you see for your brand in the promotional products sector?

Ritter Sport has been a well-known, popular and strong chocolate brand in the B2C sector for more than 100 years. It stands for quality, modernity and variety. As a medium-sized German family business in its third and fourth generation, we have been focusing on sustainability for decades and are pioneers in the chocolate industry in many areas. These are all aspects that consumers, business partners and customers in the promotional products industry greatly appreciate. That is why we are very optimistic about the future of the B2B business segment.

Visitors to the 2020 trade fair can look forward not only to the official trade fair sweets from Ritter Sport. Beyond that, you will also be present at the fair. In which design and, above all, with which flavour will you inspire the trade fair visitors on site?

Our stand will be typically square and colourful and in addition to the delicious chocolate, we will also have our new varieties and products. Of course, we have also planned special events, but we don't want to reveal too much in advance. Come and see us at our stand!
