On 20 March 2017, it is time once again for the annual finale of the "Junge Wilde" (Young Wild Ones) as part of the Gastro-Premium-Night at the Süllberg in Hamburg where Karlheinz Hauser traditionally opens the doors to more than 1,000 visitors. Together with the distinguished jury including TV chef Stefan Marquard, father of the Junge Wilde, the international gastronomy magazine Rolling Pin chooses the newcomer chef to become one of the culinary rebels each year. If a competitor succeeds in prevailing over his eight competitors, he receives the prestigious Rolling Pin Cover Story as well as a highly desirable internship at Alex Atala in Brazil in addition to the title "Junge Wilde 2017". To ensure that the finalists can concentrate fully on the challenges of this prestigious competition, they have to feel comfortable in their outfit. That is why they will receive competent support from the innovative, long-standing company Karlowsky Fashion which will provide the participants with high-quality, extra-light chef jackets from their trend brand ROCK CHEF®. True to the motto "Cooking is Pure Rock!", the outfits made from breathable organic cotton reflect the incomparable charm of this unique event. How the candidates fare and who will replace last year's winner Joachim Jaud as his successor remains the intriguing question until then. One thing is certain, however: the cooks will ensure pure enjoyment and a distinctive look. www.karlowsky.de
