Contents of Terms of Use

The Terms of Use outlined in this document apply exclusively to the use of web sites of the Promotional Product Service Institute (PSI) as an affiliate of Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH and their contractor partners.  The terms do not apply to any other contractual agreements between Reed Exhibitions Deutchsland GmbH and PSI Members or third parties.  The premises outlined in these Terms of Use are applicable to all PSI Members and contractors of Reed Exhibitions who use the PSI web site.  By registering you agree to the following:

Registration, Password, and Security at PSI

The online service MyPSI, found under www.psi-network.de has been made available by PSI Niederlassung der Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH for members to update their company information.  Use of this software is protected by your PSI number and your personal password.  Nondisclosure of this information is entirely the respective member’s responsibility, as is their company information being up-to-date. You are hereby obliged to notify PSI of any unauthorized use or security breaches concerning your account. Use of third party accounts is not permitted unless specifically authorized by the account holder. Company details should be checked and maintained by the PSI Member, more specifically by an administrator who is solely responsible for maintenance of the account.  Should the administrating employee leave the company, the PSI Member is responsible for deleting or updating the company information.  

Use of Data for the PSI Membership Index, Limitations of Liability

Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH are entitled to use company information provided by members in the Membership Index Distributors.
PSI Niederlassung der Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH do not take responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided by its members and reserves the right to make changes accordingly. Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH will only be liable in premeditated or grossly negligent cases. In cases of negligence, Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH will only be liable for direct losses foreseeable and relevant to this type of contract. In cases where a company has acted negligent in such a way that irrelevant contractual clauses where broken, Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH will not be held responsible. These limitations of liability are void in cases of grave injury or loss of life where Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH can be held directly responsible.

Changes in Terms of Use

PSI Niederlassung der Reed Exhibitions Deutschland GmbH reserve the right to make changes to the terms of use of PSI web sites at any time. All PSI Members will be duly informed on the respective sites should this be the case.
